Born in Saarbrücken, Germany, and raised near Frankfurt, Katrina Meisberger began her creative journey behind the camera, exploring stories through photography before moving into recruitment and creative consulting.

After chapters in Los Angeles and Portugal, she is now based in Lausanne, Switzerland, where creative direction, storytelling, and talent strategy meet across borders and industries.

In 2020, she founded She Recruits, a platform empowering women in recruitment, HR, and talent acquisition.

Since 2021, Katrina has led creative direction at We Recruit, partnering with founder Lee Diamant to shape the brand’s voice, digital presence, and content strategy. Her work spans podcast production, video storytelling, social media, web design, and employer branding, redefining how recruitment communicates and connects.
