Katrina is a Creative Director and Full-Spectrum Media Creator working at the intersection of creativity, technology, and talent. She helps brands, artists, and entrepreneurs craft clear identities, tell meaningful stories, and build digital experiences that connect.

Her background blends IT recruitment, digital art, and media production, a multidisciplinary foundation that allows her to think strategically and execute creatively. Every project begins with a story and ends with impact.

Katrina creates across mediums, from brand strategy and copywriting to video, podcasting, web, and design. She combines form and function to build content ecosystems that grow with purpose.

In 2020, she founded She Recruits, a global nonprofit supporting over 1,000 women in recruitment through visibility, leadership, and career development.

Since 2021, she’s led creative direction for We Recruit, partnering with the founder, Lee Diamant, who will shape the brand’s voice, digital presence, and content strategy. Her work spans podcast production, video storytelling, social media, web design, and employer brand development, redefining what recruitment media can be.
